The business context
This project supported a substantial real-estate organisation operating a housing society that functioned more like a master-planned mini city than a simple property-listing business. The organisation needed both customer-facing digital experiences and internal systems capable of supporting day-to-day property and workforce operations.
Two customer-facing websites
The team created two websites for the real-estate business and associated housing-society operations, providing a public digital foundation for presenting the development and its property offering.
Custom CRM and business operations platform
A custom internal platform was developed around the organisation’s own workflows rather than forcing the business into a generic off-the-shelf process.
Property inventory management
The system included inventory functionality for managing available property stock and changing unit status.
Installment management
Installment workflows supported customers purchasing property through staged payment plans and connected those records to the wider customer and property process.
Invoicing
An invoicing module supported financial documentation connected with customers and property transactions.
Lead CRM
Lead-management functionality captured and organised prospective customers and supported movement through the sales process.
HRM and attendance
The system extended beyond sales and property operations with human-resource management and employee attendance functionality.
Why this project matters
This work demonstrates the team’s capability in custom business software, CRM development, real-estate technology, workflow digitisation and multi-module operational platforms. It shows that Octaoop’s technical delivery extends beyond marketing websites into systems that support how a business actually runs.
