CASE STUDY

Interior & Exterior Growth Transformation

From a website brief to a more connected customer-acquisition process.

The starting point

The business initially engaged the team to create its website. Successful delivery built trust with the owners and led to a wider marketing role supported by a dedicated budget and design resources.

The early challenge

The first stage of paid advertising did not perform as expected. Instead of continuing with the same assumptions, the work shifted toward understanding the wider acquisition problem. The engagement expanded across Google and Meta advertising, SEO, customer journeys, campaign targeting, messaging, lead handling and sales follow-up.

Full-funnel diagnosis

As enquiries began to arrive, it became clear that generating leads was only part of the commercial journey. The team examined how prospects were received, how quickly they were answered, how services were explained, whether advertising and website messaging aligned, how follow-up was handled and where potential customers dropped out.

What we worked on

The engagement covered website development, paid advertising, SEO, campaign targeting, creative and messaging refinement, lead-quality analysis, customer-journey improvement and sales-process support.

Reported business evolution

Based on the founder’s firsthand account, the business moved from a large share of comparatively smaller jobs toward attracting and winning substantially larger commercial opportunities, including work associated with larger complexes and plazas. Historical financial records are still being reconstructed, so this case study deliberately avoids publishing unverified revenue or conversion figures.

What the project demonstrates

The important contribution was not simply running ads. It was examining the complete path from digital presence to targeting to enquiry quality to sales follow-up, then improving the weak points across that journey.
